IMPORTANT CEI HORSE OWNERSHIP INFO

This page is here to describe the certain rules and terms to owning a CEI horse, how to acquire a spot in the closed registry, how registry can be null and how to loose registry rights.
HOW TO GET A CEI REGISTERED HORSE
CEI Registered horses can only be acquired through breeding or buying them. You cannot sign your horse up for the registry itself, but if you have a baby with a CEI stud/mare it can be entered into the registry. You simply make sure that during the naming of the foal that you apply the [CEI] prefix. It is ultimately your decision if you want your baby to be a part of the registry, no feelings are hurt if you rather them apart of your registration.
THE PURPOSE OF A CEI REGISTERED HORSE
The main purpose of having a CEI horse is for competition. All of our studs, sales, and catch horses are for some sort of sport. We have some horses that do working sports and COULD be working horses, but their main purpose so far has only been showing. That being said, the main overall purpose of having a CEI horse is to use them in closed registry shows. These are shows that will ONLY be for CEI horses. These shows will result in bigger prizes, notoriety amongst CEI staff and much more in the future.
HOW A REGISTRY CAN BE MADE NULL
A CEI registry can be made null by either not giving the prefix to a foal something as simple as just leaving the registry and removing the prefix. A more unfortunate way of getting rights to a registry rejected or nulled is if you break server rules. CEI is owned and ran by a server admin and as an admin, they personally feel like they cannot let someone who is breaking/has broken rules on more than one occasion (or one big time), does not deserve the access to the registry. The registry can be made null as long as the horse is under your ownership this way OR you can have sales/breedings/catch ride applications and requests denied.
